I have passion to learn and deliver. I had 39 years of experience of working in mining in govt/ pvt sectors in every area ie production ,planning n execution. I had organised 60 seminars to educate about 10000 workers about silicosis and safety laws.
To share want to work as adviser/trainer on :-
1. Organising training programmes for different trades in mining on safety and statute compliance.
2. Organising awareness programmes for different trades officers/supervisors/ operators/workers) in mining and other industry on safety and statute compliance.
3. Organising Skill development programmes  for different trades and industry.
4. Create awareness on recent statue by expert seminar/ webnar.
5. Developing & implementing a document Mgt system for Safety Management Plan (SMP) .
6. Developing emergency and crisis management plan
7. Safety auditing of existing SOP for all mining operations .
8. Project valuation, auditing of resources
9. Optimization of reserves by recalculating .
